*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's Degree at Marketing/Business/Management/Communication/Marketing Communication
- Have a minimum 1 year relevant experience as a KOL Management Officer
- Familiar with digital campaign
- Have broad network
- Good English in oral & written
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking & negotiation skill
- Able to identify client preferences and needs
- Able to develop recurring & one-time reporting
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
*Responsibilities:*
- Research and identify KOLs across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences / campaign
- Selecting, dealing, arranging meeting & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign 
- Develop content plannings and review creative content
- Monitor and optimise each KOLs performance
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work
- Communicate with industry professionals/influencers
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
- Ensure the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)
- Create a proper presentation & reporting deck for client needs
