Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Specialist to join our football startup company. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and manage football-related content creators and influencers to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and enhance our company's online presence in the football industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Recruit Influencers:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant football-related content creators and influencers across various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential influencers, categorizing them based on their follower base, engagement rates, and content quality.
- Reach out to potential influencers, establishing and nurturing relationships to secure partnerships and collaborations.
2. Manage KOL Relationships:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring that all parties are aligned on expectations, deliverables, and compensation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring their compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. Monitor Campaign Performance:
- Track and analyze the performance metrics of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of influencer marketing efforts.
- Identify areas of improvement and optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis.
4. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in influencer marketing and the football industry.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and knowledge base.
- Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team to improve overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers in the football or sports industry.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for football and its related communities, including understanding of current players, teams, leagues, and tournaments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their influencer marketing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
