Kol Specialist Supervisor Jobs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and influencers
• Ability to work collaboratively in the fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership experience to manage team members, managing project, and display robust time management skills
• Proven experience with minimum 2 years working experience as a KOL Specialist or similar role
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end of KOLs campaign process
• Stay up-to-date with the trends of beauty industry and development

Responsibilities:

• Research industry trend and develop the marketing strategy that related to the KOLs and Influencers
• Monitor and ensure the team performance works effectively and runs well
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and values
• Establish relationships with relevant KOLs in the Beauty, Lifestyle, and others category to promote campaign activity based on qualifications and the budget
• Develop and implement a communications strategy to communicate and optimize the KOLs database strategy to achieve target
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies
• Guideline improvement and ensure that the team understands about the objective, strategy, and working on the daily task with a timely manner
