Collaborate with vendors for KOL Management for listing as needed

Supporting Manager to manage and guide day-to-day KOL Specialist administration (workflow control, meeting, etc.).

KOL all tiers & all platform listing as needed

Compile and approach KOL Scope of Work into the Media plan list

If required, Sr. KOL Specialist would do the presentation and brainstorming regarding KOL selection alongside with the justification

Handle KOL administration process (deal with KOL rate card, collect personal data for PKS documents and invoice brief)

Proven min. 1 year of working experience in beauty industry as KOL/Influencer Management or similar role

Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming. Good communication, fast response, and negotiating skills

Manage communications and build relationships with KOL/influencers

Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent in the field of Communication Science/Marketing Communication, Public Relations/other majors

Good attitude, honest & responsible for work

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Have a good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.

Knowledge of MCN and KOL databases (micro & macro & mega) and have a good relationship with MCN & KOL.

Skill software; Microsoft Word (Excel and Word), familiar with data analytics tools (TikTok Seller).

Be sensitive to trending topics in the beauty industry and plan KOL content accordingly.

Cooperate with other departments (Social Media, PR, etc) to maximize video performance and brand awareness.

Achieve individual video production targets, optimize team workflow, until process KOL payments, etc.

Be person to deliver right strategic for KOL management

Bachelor degree with atleast 2-3 years same field experiences

Be new color and make good relationship with KOL team to make a new balance synergic between KOL & Brand

Proposing options, making list, and executing for micro, macro & mega KOL for brands

Making script and KOL guidance for campaign purposes according to brief and guideline

Making letter of agreement corresponding to project details
