We are hiring a candidate for KOL Specialist (Manager Level).

What would You do:

• Develop and optimize KOL video marketing strategy, based on brand tonality & positioning, product & market analysis, and key timeline(new product launching, big campaign, big day and festivals), etc
• Cooperate with other departments(social media, PR, etc) to maximize video performance and brand awareness
• Negotiate external business with external MCN independently, select suitable MCN for cooperation, and follow up on progress & result
• Ability to lead the KOL team, be responsible for the team's KPI, and improve the team's work efficiency.
• Ability to give qualified video briefs, write the script, find references, and choose the right KOL accordingly; ability to give consolidated feedback on videos to ensure their quality. Ability to monitor video performance and make review report.
• Maintain a good relationship with KOL and develop YOU KOL matrix
• Be sensitive to trending topics in the beauty industry and plan KOL content accordingly
• Achieve internal video targets, optimize team workflow, recruit qualified team members, process KOL payments, etc.

What are We looking for:

• Knowledge of MCN and KOL databases (micro & macro & mega) and have a good relationship with MCN & KOL.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, International Relation, or related fields). With relevant experience, in KOL (Manager Level) for at least 1-2 years or KOL Team Lead / Supervisor for 2-3 years.
• Have good leadership, time management, communication, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
• Skill software; Microsoft Word (Excel and Word), familiar with data analytics tools (TikTok Dashboard.
• Willing to be place at Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan.
• A deep understanding of platform (Tiktok, IG, and YT) algorithms, features, and trends. Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
• Ability to give insights on market, user, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result-oriented.
