Starlink Management is a official #1 sub of one of the biggest mother agency of TikTok LIVE Indonesia.

We are not TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) focus on entertainment (Content) LIVE Streaming not selling products.

We are open position for Talent & KOL Manager.

:

1. Responsible for assits talent in developing their skills, improving start from their basic LIVE and finding their self-branding, while you must providing advices, suggestion and 1o1 coaching with them (you can manage up to 50-70 Talents).
2. Responsible for making creative online events for talents efficiently and effectively.
3. Experienced in create creative content plan for LIVE streamers.
4. Responsible for creating and presenting online workshop.
5. Responsible for recruitment daily new talents from Tiktok platform or other similar apps to officialy join agency.
6. Responsible for recruitment daily new KOL and client possibility.

Requirements :

1. Have at least 2 years of experience in entertainment (content) LIVE stream especially in e-sport category (gamers-vtubber) cosplayer, and update into TikTok trends.
2. High level of understanding in the TikTok LIVE platform operation rules and basic of LIVE Streaming.
3. Have several connections with nano-macro KOLs and clients.
4. Good at understanding SOW, could create creative brief and disipline monitoring.
5. Good at problem solving and good cooperative relations with talents /KOLs /clients.
6. Strong at negotiation and recruitment

Full WFH - Working days Mon to Sat (fleksible hours 11am-19pm)
