About Our Client:

Our client, established in 1958 to serve military retirees, is an equity affiliate of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. In February 2019, they successfully merged with PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively promote and market a diverse range of banking products and services, including loans, investment options, credit facilities, and deposit accounts, to achieve targeted sales goals.

- Identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling based on clients' financial profiles.

- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand the client base.

- Foster and nurture enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients.

- Thoroughly comprehend clients' financial aspirations, requirements, and preferences to provide customized banking and financial solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and adeptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Qualifications:

- Minimum requirement of an associate's degree or its equivalent.

- A minimum of one year's experience as a banking sales representative.

- Possession of a business client database is advantageous.

- Ideally positioned at a work unit conveniently located near the applicant's residence.

- Proficiency in advanced administrative skills.
