About The Role

Reporting to a senior program manager (PgMgr), this role is expected to render support in the program management of two products: GoPayLater Cicil (Flagship BNPL product) and GoPayPinjam (Flagship Cash Loan product). Depending on the business needs, this role might be required to co-facilitate program cadences alongside the senior PgMgr to achieve business outcomes. This is a challenging role because it requires strong people skills to convince stakeholders, business acumen to plan programs well, and attention to detail to ensure things don’t fall through the cracks; however, you can expect it to be exciting because the things you deal with everyday changes dynamically all the time!

About The Role

What You Will Do

• Resolve issues and propose corrective actions to remove blockers to implementation
• Ensure project & program governance by ensuring documentation are all well-documented and archived, in the event that audit is required
• Improve the way Consumer Lending works, within and beyond, with continuous process improvements
• Involve in all aspects of projects and program lifecycle - including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure & controlling
• Facilitate day-to-day project & program cadences, prepare materials for management update meetings, drive alignment, and document minutes of meetings for follow-up & closure
• Co-lead and support program of large-scale high-impact projects and business initiatives in accordance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk & compliance targets - to achieve business outcomes

What You Will Need

• Knowledge about e-commerce is a plus
• Comfortable in fronting conversations with senior leaders and C-suite leaders
• Stakeholder management skills
• Sharp business acumen
• Possess a strong ability to analyze data and generate insights to value-add to the projects/programs
• Well-versed in speaking & writing in English, Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus
• Attention to details
• Soft skills:
• Able to work under pressure with strict implementation timelines
• Six Sigma Skills, ideally Six Sigma GreenBelt / Black belt certified will be advantageous
• Project Management Skills, ideally CAPM or PMP certified will be advantageous
• Hard skills:
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in the financial industry, having worked in mid to large-scale cross-functional projects and/or programs, particularly in unsecured lending (cash loan/BNPL products)
• Knowledgeable about financial industry laws & regulations & being compliant at all times
