Gojek Financial Services Platform continues its business expansion across several segments, and requires a high caliber candidate to fulfill the position as Collections Supervisor and reporting to the Collections Manager.

What You Will Do

• Ensuring the Collection process runs according to the Collection Procedure (SOP),
• Monitor implementation of Collections strategy,
• Responsibilities in managing day-to-day Collections operations,
• Collaborate with other Collections unit, HR GTF, Customer Service, and other Operations unit.

What You Will Need

• At least 1 year of experience as supervisor in banking/fintech/startup
• Comfortable with numbers and have strong attention to details
• Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
• Team player
• Computer/digital savvy
