Experienced with similar position and monitor area for 3 years, will be an advantage from similar industry.

Supervise daily operations for all Field Collection team to monitor every activity is running properly

Monitor and review team's performance to ensure field Collection team meet their targeted result.

Distribute expected target to Team Leader and ensure Field Collection team received the target.

Monitor field Collection Team to ensure all the process in field team is comply with guidelines and SOP.

Coordinate with training team to ensure every team member will receive training based on feedback from quality.

Melakukan penagihan transaksi telat bayar (H+3Keatas)

Menjalin relasi yang baik dengan konsumen dan eksternal

Melakukan monitoring dan menangani kelancaran tagihan pembayaran konsumen

Mendatangi konsumen yang bermasalah karena telat melakukan pembayaran

Mencapai target yang telah ditentukan

Bersedia mengikuti peraturan internal yang berlaku

Mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan jumlah penagihan yang berhasil terhadap utang yang belum diselesaikan.

Menetapkan tujuan yang sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan dan mengoordinasikan staf untuk terus memenuhi dan melebihi tujuan tersebut.

Menjalankan laporan dan menganalisis data yang berkaitan dengan departemen penagihan, dan membagikannya dengan staf eksekutif serta manajer staf departemen sesuai kebutuhan.

Berkomunikasi dengan klien untuk membangun dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang kuat serta mengurangi jumlah klien yang berhenti bekerja sama dengan perusahaan.

Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur kredit yang menjaga kelancaran operasi departemen dan menghindari batasan kredit yang berlebihan.

Mahir dalam produk-produk Google Suites (seperti Google Docs, Google Sheet).

Responsibilities in managing day-to-day Collections operations,

At least 1 year of experience as supervisor in banking/fintech/startup

Ensuring the Collection process runs according to the Collection Procedure (SOP),

Monitor implementation of Collections strategy,

Collaborate with other Collections unit, HR GTF, Customer Service, and other Operations unit.

Bachelor's Degree of any discipline

Melakukan pengecekan atau monitoring terhadap nasabah perusahaan yang mengalami gangguan angsuran tidak tepat waktu.

Melakukan penagihan langsung ke nasabah yang terlambat dalam mengangsur kewajibanya

Outstanding communication & people management skill.

Liaise with Superior (Risk Management Head) as well as other top management

At least 3 years proven experience as Collection Operation Manager or equivalent position.

Manage and responsible for the Collection Operations of the company

Collaborate with various functions (Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Marketing, Collection, Risk Modelling, and Business Intelligence) to boost efficiency and productivity

Manage customer support processes and manage them to enhance customer satisfaction

Proven experience at least 3 years in related areas

Knowledge of the collection and recovery in the financial company area

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Have experience and understanding of the placement area, and have good relations with related parties

Perform billing by visiting the debtor’s address

Responsibility for achieving target AR quality performance

Menegosiasikan opsi pembayaran yang sesuai kepada nasabah

Memonitor janji bayar debitur sesuai dengan masa tunggakan dan menagih kembali sesuai janji bayar.

Menganalisa hasil penanganan dan melakukan tindakan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup/wilayah kerjanya dan apabila diperlukan.

Mencari keberadaan pelanggan apabila tidak dapat ditemui baik di rumah maupun kantor

Negotiate with debtors who are in arrears, offering viable solutions to encourage immediate payment

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field is necessary

Has experience handling >90 days bucket

Strong knowledge of the Collection and Recovery domain within the financial industry

Strong verbal/written communication skills, as you will be maintaining service quality by regular feedbacks and coaching

Minimal 3 years of experience as a Field Collection from Multifinance Industry ( Used car & New Car ).

Has any experience as a Field Collection Supervisor Min. 3 years

Has any experience to handle 5-15 Field Collectors

Has any experience to handle accounts of above 30 days

Strong verbal/written communication skills, as you will be maintaining service quality by regular feedbacks and coaching

Has good knowledge and mastery of territory
