Supervisor Field & Desk Collection

Requirements :

• Has SPPI Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, as you will be maintaining service quality by regular feedbacks and coaching
• Minimal 3 year experience as a Field Collection from Multifinance Industry ( Used car & New Car ).
• Can communicate and negotiate well
• Has any experience to handle 5-15 Field Collectors
• Has driving licenses A&C
• Has any experience as a Supervisor Field Collection Min 3 years
• Service mindset and customer driven
• Able to speak English is a must
• Has any experience to handle accounts of above 30 days
• Responsible, honest, and has a good work ethic
• Has good knowledge and mastery of territory
• Able to work with targets and under pressure
• Education minimal Diploma degree from any major
• Can work alone or in a team

Responsibilities :

• Perform collection of payments to consumers who are overdue
• Willing to be mobile
• Making daily and weekly reports
• Achieve zero complaints from customers (via OJK) regarding collection process
• Create strategies, plans, and payment collection methods to minimize losses in the company
• Reducing findings (tardiness/inaccuracies) from collections team
• Provide regular feedbacks and calibrations to collection officers and collection team leaders to ensure their service level and quality
• Communicating, negotiating, and providing the best solutions to consumers incoordination with division/department leaders
• Achieve targets given by the company
• Ensuring collection officer’s job performance by evaluating based on data and recommend actions to correct, which includes ensuring that the collection officers are up to date with policies and SOP
