As Credit Approver Desk, you will be responsible for :

• Handle telephone calls to Credit Card-CPD customers.
• Achieve monthly and productivity targets as a Desk Collector
• Handle incoming call from customer - asking for their payment status, collectability, etc.

Job Requirement :

· Minimum one years as Credit Associate Desk in Banking/Fintech industries

· Have experience/knowledge in several banking system

· Proficiency with English (written and oral) is a must

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Have strong analytical thinking

· Identifying a topic, problem or issue
