Maximizing credit collection effectiveness by active contacting customer (calling) and collection of promises to pay (PTP)

· Have experience/knowledge in several banking system

Handle telephone calls to Credit Card-CPD customers.

Achieve monthly and productivity targets as a Desk Collector

Handle incoming call from customer - asking for their payment status, collectability, etc.

As Credit Approver Desk, you will be responsible for :

· Minimum one years as Credit Associate Desk in Banking/Fintech industries

Strong leadership and management skills

Providing regular collection activity reports to management

At least 2 years of experience in desk collection, preferably in the finance industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software

Ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies and legal requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

Manage assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Collect payments from customers via Phone Calls

Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMA/SMK .

Mampu bekerja dengan team atau individu

Sudah melakukan vaksinasi Dosis 2

Collect payments from the customers via communication tools (phone call, WhatsApp)

Keep tracking of assigned account to identify outstanding debt

Good computer abilities (Internet, Microsoft Office),

Remind customers to make a payment before the deadline.

After the due date, get in touch with consumers who are behind on their payments.

Contacting consumers directly to increase the efficiency of credit collection

Assisting consumers with payment services and educating customers on payment services.

Call consumers who still owe money each day to provide updates

Berpengalaman sebagai team leader collection minimal 1 tahun dibidang Fintech (diutamakan) atau Perbankan.

Berpengalaman dalam penagihan bucket belakang/recovery.

Dapat menggunakan ms.office dengan baik.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.

Memimpin tim dalam mencapai target penagihan.

Mengkoordinir seluruh aktivitas tim desk collection.

Experience in Fintech is preferably

Have Experience in Financial Technology (Fintech) Company is a MUST

Create SOP for Desk Collection Team

Supervise and check collection data reports

Analise collection team report every (day , week , and month)

Experience team management/ people management (handles large sum of people)

Frequent meetings with team and management

At least 1 year experience as Desk Collection Team Leader

Monitor, coach, and manage agent desk collections to achieve the decided target

Preferably candidates that are familiar with Fintech Industry (preferably) or Financial Services

Provide evaluation of desk collection agents for improvement

Memastikan prosedur kredit hingga jatuh tempo berjalan baik

2. Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Desk Collection (syarat wajib)

3. Berpengalaman memegang bucket keterlambatan (collection)

6. Bersedia langsung terikat kontrak

7. Wajib sudah vaksin minimal Dosis 2

8. Penempatan di Desk Collection Fintech & Perbankan dengan legalisasi terdaftar OJK

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial industry

Strong knowledge of collection practices and regulations

Excellent coaching and training skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Minimum 4 years as Desk Collection Manager

Have experiences in Fintech Company

Have strong ability to manage and lead team

Prepare and make regular adjustments to the collection process and procedures in the Collection Policy.

Analyze data/portfolio to produce actionable insights to reduce bad debts and increase credit recovery.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the development of a digital collection system.

Timely based payment reconciliation with Finance and Accounting team

Perform day to day collection activity

Ensure timely payments from customers

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments

Responsible to monitoring the customer who go out of Jabodetabek and ensure the penalty payment
