Job Description

Full WFO

Location : Bantul, Yogyakarta


Requirements:

  • Freshgraduate or Non-Pengalaman / diutamakan berpengalaman
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting dan dibawah tekanan
  • Memiliki kepribadian yang baik
  • Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMA/SMK .
  • Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan komputer
  • Mampu bekerja dengan team atau individu
  • Penempatan di Bantul
  • Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Sudah melakukan vaksinasi Dosis 2


s:

  1. Collect payments from the customers via communication tools (phone call, WhatsApp)
  2. Keep tracking of assigned account to identify outstanding debt
  3. Negotiate pay-off deadline or payment plan
  4. Investigate and resolve disrepancies while also create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
  5. Take the initiative to make collection strategies
  6. Doing work based on company and collection regulations
  7. Wil be able to achieve the KPI for personal performance and team
  8. Make activity report and regularly report to Team Leader
