Mekari is looking for Desk Collection to join our team:

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
• Prior experience in desk collection, either as an intern or freelancer, is preferred. Knowledge of debt collection practices, laws, and regulations is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate payment deadlines or payment plans
• Take the initiative to create a collection strategy
• Collect payments from customers via Phone Calls
• Manage assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
