Collection Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities in managing day-to-day Collections operations,

At least 1 year of experience as supervisor in banking/fintech/startup

Ensuring the Collection process runs according to the Collection Procedure (SOP),

Monitor implementation of Collections strategy,

Collaborate with other Collections unit, HR GTF, Customer Service, and other Operations unit.

Bachelor's Degree of any discipline

Perform meeting with management team to cover performance result and solution/action items.

Manage and responsible for the desk collection Process

Execute reporting to superior (DC Manager)

Experiences as Collection Supervisor in Financial Technology min 2 years.

Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching the team

Achieve company set targets for personal performance and team.

Minimal 3 years of experience as a Field Collection from Multifinance Industry ( Used car & New Car ).

Has any experience as a Field Collection Supervisor Min. 3 years

Has any experience to handle 5-15 Field Collectors

Has any experience to handle accounts of above 30 days

Strong verbal/written communication skills, as you will be maintaining service quality by regular feedbacks and coaching

Has good knowledge and mastery of territory

Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.

Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a collection and recovery supervisor role in financial institutions.

Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches.

Work with the Manager on various chargeback and collections projects and analytics aimed to improve overall efficiency

Demonstrate great organizational skills, attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions based on logical reasoning

Risk management experience is preferred, with the ability to focus quickly on key issues.

Having experience at least 3 years in related area, especially in a Multifinance company.

Manage and support collection and recovery operational activity.

High degree of analytical skills on both individual credits and from a portfolio basis.

Have focused written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the collection and recovery in financial company area.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Providing regular reports on collection activities to management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in desk collection, preferably in the finance industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.

Ensuring that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
