We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Consumer Pricing to join Coda’s dynamic Growth organization. As the Senior Manager of Consumer Pricing, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and initiatives to maximize profitability and drive growth in our consumer business. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and pricing models for digital products, particularly in the gaming vertical. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success in pricing management.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing Execution and Optimization: Ensure effective pricing execution across all consumer touchpoints. Continuously monitor pricing performance and optimize pricing strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights
• Pricing Governance and Compliance: Establish pricing governance frameworks and policies to ensure pricing integrity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address pricing issues or discrepancies
• Pricing Models and Analytics: Develop and maintain pricing models and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Utilize pricing software and tools to analyze pricing data, assess price elasticity, and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales and revenue
• Competitive Pricing Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and promotions to identify pricing gaps and opportunities. Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotional activities to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability
• Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, market conditions, and competitive landscape, delivering maximum value for publishers and consumers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. Stay abreast of industry developments, consumer behavior, and market dynamics that may impact pricing strategies
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a dedicated cross-functional team of analytics, product, and engineering resources to develop cutting-edge pricing insights and technologies, while partnering closely with business leaders and partnerships teams who influence end-user pricing.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in pricing management, preferably with digital consumer products
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving pricing improvements and revenue growth
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in pricing management
• Proficient in using pricing software, data visualization tools, and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in pricing models, data analysis, and statistical techniques
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex pricing concepts into actionable strategies
• In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence
