What you’ll do:

• Monitoring AR and AP Aging
• Monitoring Daily Transactions (include AP, AR, expense, cash in and cash out)
• Ensure Tax matters are well calculated based on tax regulation
• Responsible in AP and AR Procedure
• Communicate with other departments related to the FA activities
• Checking the completeness of documents for AR and AP

Who you are:

• Extensive knowledge in Indonesian Tax Regulations
• Strong analytical abilities
• Have minimum 3 years experience as Finance Accounting in similar role
• Having a strong interpersonal communication, result-driven personality and going extra miles-minded.
• Have experience with SAP Business One will be an advantage
• Must be fluent in English (as the stakeholder mostly expatriate)
• Extensive knowledge in Accounting / General Accounting and related field
• Excellent command Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet and experience in using Accounting Software/System.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic is required
• Detail oriented, able to perform complex numerical computations and reports with high accuracy in the calculation.
• Have experience at a Distributor/B2B industry will be an advantage
