Supply Chain Finance Lead

Kopi Kenangan, a leading coffee chain in Southeast Asia, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Finance Lead.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain management applications.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in supply chain data analyst or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

Job Role:

Data & SOP Management for Supply Chain Function:

• Providing necessary data to the Auditor Team and explaining the flow of work within the supply chain.
• Adding new SKUs to our ERP system based on procurement requests, ensuring complete purchasing, planning, and distribution details.

Supplier to Store Direct Purchase:

• Reconciling Direct Purchase purchase orders in ERP and JARVIN to ensure accuracy.
• Matching purchase orders to the appropriate Outline Agreement, especially during contract negotiation periods.
• Collaborating with suppliers, finance, and store operations teams to resolve any discrepancies in orders.
• Maintaining control over the items, suppliers, and contracts that each store can order for direct purchase items.
• Ensuring that all orders are accurately tagged with the right pricing in our Supply Chain Management Applications (JARVIN) and ERP system.
• Collaborating with Demand Planning, Business Development, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to forecast quantities for Supplier to Store Direct Purchase SKUs.
• Preventing fraud by conducting triple-way matching of order amount, received amount, and invoiced amount.
• Ensuring that all Direct Purchase items have contracts and are available for ordering by the store operations team.

P&L Cost Control for WH & Logistics Cost:

• Managing the reversal and re-accrual of WH & Logistics Cost General Ledger.
• Identifying discrepancies between invoices and accruals and implementing corrective measures to improve cost estimates.

Inventory Reconciliation and Movement:

• Handling data collection and reporting related to logistics performance, quality and cost
• Adding inventories to locations when ERP inaccuracies prevent proper execution of transactions.
• Reporting any discrepancies between real warehousing data and ERP records.
• Creating delivery orders for stock transfers between warehouses and the WH & Distribution team.
• Leading the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate inventory transactions between vendors, warehouses, and stores.
• Ensuring all orders fulfillment are delivered on time by following up with 3PL and distributor
• Coordinating with vendors to arrange delivery and pickup schedules, truck types, methods, and others related
• Overseeing logistics operations and solving problem on the spot
