Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager

A rapidly expanding FMCG firm is seeking a talented Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager to take on a newly created role in Jakarta. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all data analytics-related matters.

About The Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager Role

Reporting to the CEO and with the opportunity to communicate and interact with BOD and BOC, you will lead all data analytics activities and align with the team within the organisation. As the Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager, you will play a key role and be in charge of working on the reporting standards and data gathered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand planning using inputs from various functions (particularly sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance). This professional will synthesise insights and data from these departments to generate an optimised and probable sales volume forecast by channel by SKU to be monitored monthly. This role also involves analysing past sales data, identify trends, and developing insights that can be used to plan forecasts ahead
• Propose key levers on improving unit economics and optimising cost based on data insights
• Lead the set-up of a robust data monitoring, reporting, and analytics across functions using performance dashboards and ERP system

You must be talented in data analytics to succeed in this newly established Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager role.

Key Requirements

• Deal advisory/management consulting in one of the Big 4 or MBB
• A minimum of 7 - 10 years of work experience in a mix of:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytical fields such as engineering, mathematics, statistics. Additional certifications or specialised training in supply chain management is highly desirable
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is highly desirable
• Highly analytical and number-oriented, with a proven ability to interpret unstructured data and translate it into actionable strategies. Passion for details is an absolute must-have
• Prior experience in FMCG/dairy manufacturing along with business analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) is required
• Demand planning/business analytics/management accounts in Indonesian FMCG companies
