Supply Chain Business Partner Manager Jobs

Proficient in using office software, with good document management skills.

Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business management and other related fields is preferred;

More than 3 years of business development or sales work experience, familiar with sales process and various sales skills;

Good communication and teamwork skills;

Responsible for the business development of DESTY team, developing new customer resources and expanding the company's business scope;

Maintain existing customer relationships, understand customer needs, promote the optimization of company products and services;

Demand planning/business analytics/management accounts in Indonesian FMCG companies

Deal advisory/management consulting in one of the Big 4 or MBB

A minimum of 7 - 10 years of work experience in a mix of:

Prior experience in FMCG/dairy manufacturing along with business analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) is required

About The Supply Chain & Business Analytics Manager Role

Propose key levers on improving unit economics and optimising cost based on data insights

Strong project management skills for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of supply chain projects, such as planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Plan order purchase according to DOI agreement in order to manage NWC.

Manage allocation , relocation to fulfill forecast at branch

Coordination with Finance to complete the GR-IR process.

Min. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain
