Supply Chain Business Partner Manager

Supply Chain Business Partner Manager (SCBP Manager) will be responsible for planning and carrying out product purchases to clients, including preparation of inventory data, forecast and outstanding POs last month, up to POs that must be made or executed to fulfil forecast needs/plans.

:

• Coordination with Logistic’ team to fulfill delivery to branch and any other urgent requests
• Ensure Supplier supply items as delivery date needed
• Review OTIF last month & future improvements
• Forecast review with sales team
• Coordination of making monthly forecasts, the aim is to ensure and adjust the needs in the market.
• Coordination with Finance to complete the GR-IR process.
• Plan order purchase according to DOI agreement in order to manage NWC.
• Manage allocation , relocation to fulfill forecast at branch
• Make Plan orders, OTIF, slow moving-not moving data & short ED product data for review and improvement of future performance.

Requirements:

• Min. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strong project management skills for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of supply chain projects, such as planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Capable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, dealing with different stakeholders, processes, and timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• Strong command of English (verbal and written)
• Strong planning and conducting analysis within the supply chain, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
