Job Description
Responsibilities


  • As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.
  • Project and Operational PO/Invoice Tracking and generate report and executive summary for Executive Reviews
  • Set agenda for internal and external meetings, Attend important meetings as necessary, write meeting minutes and follow up on pending tasks/ issues to report the status to line manager
  • Responsible for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative processes of Supply Chain Leadership and Guests (visa, passport application, business accommodation and traveling arrangement)
  • PO Processing for Projects and General SC Requirement, perform manual PO management as SAP PO Entry as needed in fast pace environment
  • Lead and manage administrative works to meet line manager’s needs and comply with the Company’s requirements
  • Manage relevant document Processing as per needed in the Project Works as per control’s guidance
  • Co-Lead Supply Chain and Project Related Licenses and permits collaborating with Legal and Corporate Affairs
  • Owner of key documents approval process, Verify the sufficiency of documents / information prior to proceeding to line manager’s signatures
  • Tracking Monthly KPIs from all Department Heads and populate reports for SC Executive Reviews
  • Assist line manager in business works (arrange appointments, prepare contents for presentations)
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for Project and General Admins Spending and Tracking


Qualifications


  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree (D3/D4)
  • Careful, detail-oriented, supportive, result-oriente.
  • Strong English skills: reading, writing and spoken
  • Proficient in computer office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • At least 5 years of experiences at relevant role
  • Proven ability on assistant job
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of organization
