About This Role
Be responsible for the Supply Chain transformation in INDONESIA to increase the Supply Chain maturity in terms of business, Process & Information System, the final objective being to increase the Company’s profitability.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management
- Supervise the data Management activities to make sure that data used by internal users are available on time and accurate. The supervision of the Data Coordinator (dotted line) is made in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager)
Process
- Manage the relationships with the different departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to have a good understanding of the business need and to be able to formalize the expected documentation.
- In case of new processes, training of the team (applicable to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Define and create the new documentation ((Process, Procedure, Instructions, Forms) related to new processes.
- Maintain and improve the existing documentation (Process, Procedure, Instructions, Forms) related to the end-to-end Supply Chain Process.
Information System
- Train the internal users
- Monitor and approve the design (complete blueprint) that will be used by the IT team to develop the information system.
- Responsible for the project schedule
- One of the objective of the company is to increase digitalization of Supply Chain activities with the implementation of a new system (D365 Supply Chain module). As responsibilities, it will include:
- Manage the change
- Formalize the Business need applicable in Indonesia to make sure that the department in charge of the tool development will understand the country’s requirements.
- Have a good understanding of the Business need (Operations, Finance & Supply Chain) to participate to the design of the tool (standard specifications & customized specifications if applicable).
- Test the new information system as per the scenarios that has been defined.
- Manage the data migration from the old system to the new one.
- Responsible for the documentation and training guide (applicable to the new system).
NECESSARY COMPETENCIES
Knowledge
- • Very good knowledge of Excel
- • Experience in working with an ERP (DS 365 would be a plus)
- • University Degree or above in related.
- • 15 years’ experience in the Supply Chain function
- • Very good knowledge of the end-to end Supply Chain process
Skills
- • Can work in an international environment (collaboration with China).
- • Fluent in English and good communication skills.
