As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient processes, maintaining an adequate stock level, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products while upholding exceptional quality standards.

1. Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
2. Develop efficient processes for procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution.
3. Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
4. Implement quality control measures and inspection procedures throughout the supply chain.
5. Oversee the transportation and distribution process to guarantee on-time product delivery.
6. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience working in both startup and corporate environments is highly preferable
3. Proven track record with minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, with a track record of success in process optimization and inventory management.
4. Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
