👑 Job Role

• Helping the Procurement Team regarding imports
• Assisting in the process of setting orders for each product SKU and managing ordering of goods in accordance with purchase orders (PO)
• Prepare and present the data related to inventory
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Team and Production Team regarding GRPO, goods production status, and others related to the product
• Providing ideas and suggestions on a regular basis to improve the condition of stock items
• Monitoring SRP (suggested retail price) related to price movements in online channels
• Communicate with suppliers regarding shipment, terms of payment, and other import regulations

⛩️ Requirements

• Data analysis and data processing capabilities
• Proficiency in English and other languages (preferred)
• Understanding of the SAP system and other systems
• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• At least 2 Years of working experience in related position
