We have one good opportunity for Head Supply Chain APAC with our Consumer Goods Client based in Indonesia .
Position Title - Supply Chain Head for APAC
Job Location : Indonesia
Responsible for Countries : Indonesia , Singapore, Thailand , china , Malaysia, Bangladesh etc.
Reporting to : CEO APAC
Reported by : Country Supply Chain Managers and Central Team.
This is for our Client dealing in Personal Care and health care present in 50 plus Countries.
This role would be responsible for 3P Manufacturing & End to End Supply Chain functions for the APAC Region .
Job Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing and vendor management practices to ensure
an efficient and reliable supply chain partnership.
Demonstrate understanding and experience in managing supply chain operations across
diverse international markets.
Utilize SAP systems to optimize supply chain planning and execution processes.
Drive the Sales and Operations Planning process to align demand and supply, optimizing
overall performance.
Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and maturity while leading and mentoring high-
performing supply chain teams.
Foster effective collaboration and communication while working across countries and
diverse cultures.
Apply innovative and out-of-the-box approaches to address supply chain challenges and
achieve ambitious goals.
Possess an understanding of Profit and Loss statements and financial implications within
the supply chain.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and
internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.
Oversee material management policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and
minimize excess stock, ensuring timely production and distribution.
Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, including On-Time in Full (OTIF), Forecast
Accuracy, and Logistics costs, to enhance overall performance.
Lead the establishment of cross-functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to
promptly address challenges, minimize disruptions in demand and supply, and ensure
uniformity.
Collaborate with sub-function leaders to establish the overall supply chain budget/costs,
strategically allocating resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive FMCG supply chain management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations across diverse
international markets.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate high-performing
teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsegotiation, and interpersonal s al skills
