Sales & Marketing Associate (Partnership - Digital Goods)

What You Will Do

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, public relations opportunities, and content marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Oversee marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis, ensuring a strong return on investment
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI) related to revenue, profitability, brand reach, and customer engagement
• Manage department budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring cost control and efficiency
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the organization remains competitive and agile
• Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets

What This Role Needs

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, strategies, and ROI analysis
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
