Partnership Operations Associate Jobs

We are seeking a Partnership Operations Associate to manage the registration and onboarding of new merchants, as well as provide ongoing support to existing merchants. The Partnership Operations Associate will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient merchant registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the registration and onboarding of new merchants onto the platform, including verifying their identity and business credentials, setting up their merchant accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Analyze merchant data during the onboarding process and identify patterns or potential issues, taking action as needed to mitigate risk or improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, to ensure that merchant needs are being met and that the platform is functioning optimally.
• Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for merchant registration and onboarding processes.
• Provide ongoing support to existing merchants, including troubleshooting any issues they may encounter, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The Partnership Operations Associate will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as compliance, risk management, product, and operations, to ensure that all policies and procedures related to merchant registration and onboarding are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. In addition, the Partnership Operations Associate will be responsible for analyzing merchant data during the onboarding process to identify patterns or potential issues, and taking action as needed to mitigate risk or improve performance. The responsibilities related to providing ongoing support to existing merchants, collaborating with internal teams, and communicating with external partners will remain part of the Partnership Operations Associate's responsibilities.
