Senior Lead Operations Excellence

s:

• Develop and implement continuous improvement on the organization's overall business processes and policies.
• Coordinate with internal Operational and Other Team such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and external parties on project and process flow operational improvement deliverables
• Generate new ideas for processes improvement initiatives and provide management with insights and solutions.
• Audit organization adherence and commitment to the organization processes and policies and quality standards.
• Monitoring logistic operation process focusing on Network, Octopoints/Warehouses

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Strong presentation skill
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma black belt strongly preferred
