Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Productivity leader & FP&A operations manager with P&L-specific analytics & requests.
• Support planning cycle for the intercontinental P&L and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, operating reviews).
• Partner with zone Finance and segment finance to ensure relevant planning & reporting with analysis of the key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, investments, SG&A productivity, along with critical pacing metrics.
• Develop & maintain the regional P&L model at a segment & zone level, consistent with the regional structure and global segment requirements. Partnership with zone FP&A as well as interlock with global segments on estimates and key drivers.
• Ownership of applications P&L including purchased services, T&L, headcount, and cost
• Ownership of cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) as well as headcount for the intercontinental region with specific focus on Value Creation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• A minimum of 6+ years’ financial work experience, including FP&A

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
