We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Operations and Sales Representative to join our company. As a Cybersecurity Operations and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cybersecurity services, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring their digital assets are protected from evolving cyber threats. You will serve as the day-to-day operations manager, overseeing the smooth execution of cybersecurity projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the growth of our cybersecurity business, and play a vital role in both sales and operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including key milestones, to management.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, services, and industry best practices to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Deliver persuasive and impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and effectiveness of our cybersecurity services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and government organizations, to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess their current security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend tailored cybersecurity services to address their specific needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing leads, opportunities, and client relationships using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, industry trends, and compliance requirements to effectively communicate the importance of our services in mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition. You are also required to perform quality control and ensure that projects adhere to agreed timelines and specifications.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the revenue growth and market presence of our cybersecurity services.
- Serve as the day-to-day operations manager, overseeing the smooth execution of cybersecurity projects, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools to effectively manage the sales process and track progress.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and services, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, incident response, and compliance.
- Relevant certifications in sales or cybersecurity (e.g., Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
