Cogoport is currently expanding globally, and we are looking to hire Ops specialist tohelp launch & grow our business in Indonesia.The high-calibre candidates will be responsible for setting best practices & ensuring a superior customer & partner experience

Job description

1. Manage and oversee the booking process for shipments, ensuring that all bookings are made in a timely and accurate manner
2. Liaise closely with the Sales and freight forwarders to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and shipments;
3. Handle and resolving escalation – acting as SPOC for the company
4. Collect importer and exporter data to enrich company leads

Requirement

1. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain industry
2. Experience in customer care in the logistics industry is a plus - good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels
3. Able to communicate in English to work with overseas customers and team
