Finance Operations Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a Finance Operations Specialist who will take ownership of reconciliation and settlement processes to merchants, including managing dispute with payment partners. In this role, you will also collaborate extensively with multiple internal teams for process improvement.

Job description and key responsibilities:

• Assist the process of financial audit
• Responsible for performing reconciliation and settlement to merchants/clients in daily and monthly basis
• Work closely with various internal teams for Finance Operations process improvement
• Assist and analyze Account Receivables and Account Payables process, which involves becoming the intermediary between company and payment partners in case of any discrepancies
• Assist bank account opening process
• Provide support and prepare data pertaining to cost and revenue
• Act as point of contact for dispute resolution with payment partners

Requirements:

• Business fluency in English and Bahasa
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process
• Experience in Banking Industry or Financial Technology is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and able to multitask
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 1-3 years of working experience in Finance/Reconciliation
• This role includes having to be on call, including on weekends, for settlements purpose
