Senior Finance Operations Manager What We’re Looking For

Position Description

The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing the payment flows and finance processes and will work closely with Ringkas’ business partners both on the financial institutions side as well as on the property developers side.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Monitor transactions and invoice in a timely manner Ringkas’ business partners
• Filing and check the completeness and accuracy data and documents monthly.
• Review taxation impact for every financial transaction.
• Review and summarize contract between company and its parties.
• Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
• Check and review incoming money for customer (bank, developer, agent).
• Perform analysis of financial data and transactions, investigate and resolve any irregulaties.
• Coordinate with the auditor for annual audits (ISO Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, External Audit).
• Automate finance processes and coordinate with product team for new finance feature development
• Coordinate with Senior Finance Executive for cash in and cash out.
• Review and summarize existing accounting policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and implement the new payment flow

Requires Experience, Skills, and Capabilities

• Very good soft and negotiation skills
• Proactive, initiative, easy to adapt with agile environment.
• Has a Brevet A&B
• Attentive to details, well-organized, have an aptitude for numbers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax regulations.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with banks and property developers around finance related matters

Education

Undergraduate degree with Major of Accounting with a Brevet A&B; CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Passionate in finance, accounting, tax, and digital industry.
• Excellent people skills, natural finance person with strong empathy.
• Fluent in English.
• 3 years’ experience. Big 4 accounting firm experience or tech start-up experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys taking on greater levels on responsibility, and is excited to participate in building digital ecosystem in Indonesia especially for Mortgage and Home Ownership Industry.
• Very strong work ethic, good communication, adaptive, and fast learner.
