To manage overall production and ensure production is meet the production plan, quality standards, and schedule.

• Create and implement manufacturing standard operation in order fulfill customer and compliance standard requirement
• Report dangerous conditions or near miss/work accidents to the EHS Department and related superiors for immediate corrective / preventive action
• Ensure plant design and plant process comply environmental regulation
• Carry out GMP
• Monitor the compliance of the application of K3 (Occupational Safety & Health), prevention of environmental pollution and the application of 5S / 5R in the work area which is its responsibility.
• Implement safety standard operation in order zero accident and comply safety regulation
• Generate organization chart and ensure each function inline with operational process
• Focus on continuous improvement for all operational activity in order better quality, better quantity and cost saving
• Ensure project completion within timeline
• Identifying environmental aspects and impacts / HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Determinate Control), together with the EHS Department.
