Factory Manager Jobs

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil refinery , ensuring that production targets are met.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.
• Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors and forecast budgets and ensure financial objectives
• Ensure that all safety health and environmental regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
• Build a high performance team of employees that works collaboratively and ability to develop and execute function strategies by acting as a change leader, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Communicates and explains new directives, policies and procedures that will improve day to day operations
• Reviews, analyses and evaluates business procedures
• Leads coordination and integration efforts with operations, engineering, technology, suppliers and customers to produce smoother workflow and more cost effective business processes
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
• Ensure that all equipment are maintained to prevent any unscheduled breakdowns . Implement excellence in manufacturing practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce carbon footprint
• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, industry and community
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a factory management role.
• Experience in the palm oil industry is preferred.
• Strong Management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Navision ERP systems.
