Accounting Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop sound accounting policies to assure accuracy and internal controls
• Manage and lead staff, develop staff skills
• Develop analytic templates to monitor costs and expense reporting across the organization, analyze and report based on financial accounting and managerial accounting basis by product, segment and territory financial performance
• Manage and lead the team responsible for on schedule financial reporting, collections and budget preparation
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned, including but not limited to participating in work groups, committees, and improvement projects
• Develop one-off financial models for forecasting, including but not limited to multi-year plan, product pricing structure, cost allocation, etc.
• Assure both central and branch operations comply with financial policies
• Maintain and as needed develop processes to assure accurate data and accurate transaction capture in system of records / ERP
• Collaborate with external and internal audit as required.
• Ensure quality control on accounting policies in accordance with IFRS & Indonesia GAAP

Requirements:

• Familiar with ERP system and application
• Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant: CA or CPA certified)
• Manufacturing or MNC background will be preferred, trading company or consultant background can also be considered
• Certified in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen or similar methodologies highly desired.
• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
• Fluent in English both oral and written is highly desired by not required
• Strong analytical skills
