Technical Project Manager - Jakarta

Position Description

The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of complex technical projects. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. This role involves defining objectives, creating plans, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap in alignment with the Product Manager’s responsibilities.
• Take ownership for optimising the performance of multiple product teams and achieving successful product releases that align with both company and product objectives.
• Collaborate with the Product team to establish a clear Definition of Quality and Product Completion Standards, and ensure team alignment.
• Proactively address dependencies, limitations, obstacles, and challenges, supporting the team in overcoming these hurdles to maximise value.
• Analyse team productivity to anticipate potential risks and setbacks during ongoing product development, enabling timely mitigation.
• Evaluate team capacity to establish productivity benchmarks for attaining product release targets.
• Maintain strong connections with the development team, product team, and management level, focusing on the strategic significance of these relationships in achieving successful product delivery.
• Possibly manage risks, coordinate the development team, handle external parties, and manage procurements to facilitate successful delivery.
• Collaborate at a strategic level with product managers to handle ongoing product needs and team composition.
• Supervise the delivery process to ensure products meet appropriate quality standards for their development stage
• Foster constructive relationships with business and engineering teams, contributing to growth and providing comprehensive reports to the broader organisation.

Requirements

• A proven history of achieving successful outcomes while collaborating with numerous teams on multiple products in a dynamic, market-driven setting.
• Having a background in the Financial Services, Payment, or Fintech industry is preferable.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Product Delivery or Project Management within an Agile setting.
