Role Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing and driving the successful execution of complex cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, interfacing with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among technical teams, promoting a cohesive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of intricate cybersecurity projects, emphasizing technical excellence and adherence to project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, providing regular updates, addressing technical queries, and managing expectations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
• Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and closely monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and report on critical technical performance indicators, ensuring project quality and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Drive technical innovation by assessing and implementing emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients to elicit and comprehend technical requirements, establish project scope, and formulate comprehensive project plans.
• Identify potential technical risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively tackle issues to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and industry guidelines throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of guiding cross-functional teams towards project success.
• Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager, successfully overseeing end-to-end technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong command of technical project management methodologies and tools.
• A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity Technical areas.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
