Job Description
Summary
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will partner with business and functional leadership to define and track IT initiatives focusing on commercial workstream (Commercial Processes, ITO Operations). You will ensure outcomes materialization through direct coordination and partnership with business leaders and technical leaders (Locally & Globally). Actively look for opportunities to improve end user experience with technology leadership and lean mindset for commercial and ITO (Inquiry to Order) processes.GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. In this role, you will:
  • Ability to prioritize regional needs and influence global product roadmaps. Create work package with clear deliverables and execute with the help of global product teams or external vendors.
  • Have prior experience in one or more of the following areas to leverage technology of the future: digital innovations using automation, AI / ML or improve experience using persona centric solutions.
  • Guide execution teams through decision and pivot points as required with strong awareness of technology solutions and impacted process areas.
  • Collaborate with regional business partners and technology leadership teams to define strategic and tactical roadmap of IT initiatives for commercial / ITO process areas.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by providing technology expertise and partner to solve business problems using innovative digital solutions.
  • Coordinate execution of IT initiatives to drive business outcomes like incremental revenue, productivity, compliance and user experience.
  • Ability to build focused strategic roadmaps for one or more functional initiatives like Omni channel enablement, digital selling for the region.
  • Drive improvements to regional IT architecture with strong understanding of business process and target persona
  • Act as a senior partner to business teams by building trust, managing complex workstreams and influencing decision making.
  • Evangelize new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge status quo and drive data/digital disruption.
  • Continuously review and improve user experience for target persona (Sales / product specialists/ other commercial persona) by process mapping, feedback sessions and job shadowing
  • Strong Technical background with an ability to understand global product roadmaps and influence them based on regional priorities.
  • Ability to connect and expand point initiatives into shaping larger programs and increase benefits to the region.
  • Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
  • Track the capabilities & value delivered, improve adoption, performance of IT investments by actively look for improvement opportunities using lean approach.
Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting or implementation experience in leading cross functional DT initiatives for organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of Digital Technology (DT) professional experience

  • Engage global technical teams to influence and / or to understand evolving IT landscape and regional impacts.
  • Proven experience of working with regional senior leadership to communicate overall IT strategy and managing large portfolio of projects.
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
  • Partner with cross functional business teams and drive IT solutions for solving business outcomes.
