Technical Support Manager Jobs

Technical Support Manager will work under supervision of Senior Manager Market Development in Technical Support division. It is responsible for supporting sales team by managing product installation, training & presentation, maintenance and troubleshoot instruments. Under Technical Support Department, Technical Support Manager must work very closely with sales department, in order to gain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Product installation, training, presentation, maintenance, and troubleshoot instruments in the customer site.
2. Analyze customer requirements and ensure that the product can meet customer requirements appropriately.
3. Manage customer complain and solve any problem related to product performance.
4. Monitoring & ensure that all instrument assets owned by the company can function properly.
5. Prepare training material and provide product training regularly to the sales and marketing team.
6. Evaluate cost effectiveness in technical support budget
7. Provide input to R&D regarding product quality
8. Assist R&D in new product development.
9. Assist clinical studies that conducted by the marketing team, ensure the studies run well.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromedical Engineering
2. Having minimum 2 years experiences in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry
3. In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular instruments
4. Familiar with research or clinical laboratory process
5. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and suppliers
