About The Customer Technical Support Manager (Bali) Role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment

Responsible to develop strong pipeline generation and pipeline management

Work closely with distributors and manage distributors in the area.

Minimum 5 years’ experience within pharma industry are preferred.

Strong Technical Knowledge with sales background.

Previous experience as a speaker for seminars and workshops would be a bonus.

Drive and implement the corporate strategy within the related Kerry Pharma portfolio.

Having at least 15 years experience in Operations and Project Management, handling sales also finance, preferable from property industry.

Lead, Manage, Coordinate and Control all Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Finance to asure in achieving target of organization.

Having good knowledge in Technically & Project Management

Achieve target for sales, revenue dan profit that agreed by region and Top Management.

Strong Leadership and managerial skill.

Attention to detail, good leadership skill and interpersonal skill

Analyze customer requirements and ensure that the product can meet customer requirements appropriately.

Manage customer complain and solve any problem related to product performance.

Having minimum 2 years experiences in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry

In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular instruments
