Job Responsibility


  • Bertugas untuk instalasi hardware dan software
  • Menangani troubleshoot hardware dan software
  • Melakukan administrasi berbagai aplikasi dan platform perangkat lunak
  • Membantu setting account pengguna baru


Qualifications


  • Menguasai networking LAN / WAN serta Microsoft Office
  • Sarjana jurusan Teknik Informatika / Manajemen Informatika / Ilmu Komputer, dengan IPK 3.00 (skala 4.00) dari Universitas Terkemuka
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT Technical Support
  • Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memahami troubleshooting hardware dan software
