PT. Media Data Systemis currently#hiring IT Support IAM L2 📣

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and User account issues via email or direct.
• Manage, regulate, and routinely monitor all user accounts contained in the application.
• Update the user account status contained in the application to the internal portal to be used as a report.
• Review and confirm inactive app user accounts every month and delete authorized users who are no longer in use.

Qualifications:

• Have excellent communication and written skills.
• Minimum S1 Degree in Information Systems or related.
• Willing to work SHIFT if needed.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Application knowledge: IAM Solution, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Domain, Microsoft 365, Exchange Environment, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgre is preferable (L2).
