Job Description

Provide support for any existing application system issues and other needs related to operations, in accordance with the knowledge and duties of the application support team


:

  • Maintaining and monitoring the application
  • Receive, monitor, and troubleshoot the problem within SLA both in Web Ticketing System or Non-Ticketing
  • Monitoring daily log report from Application Support
  • Installing and configuring the application, both in Head Office and Branches Office


Requirement:

  • Min. 1-3 years experience in Application Support
  • Detail-oriented, experience in documentation system
  • Min Bachelor Degree from Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science, or related
  • Experience in implementation project application
  • Good communication, fluent in English
  • Experience in creating user manual application
  • Experience in ERP, especially in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Willing to work in shifting
