Sap Financial Information System Manager

About The Role
As our FIS Manager, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Finance Information System (FIS) team wheel of GoTo that directly supports the Finance Accounting and Tax (FAT) and Procurement team in performing their daily activities, providing them with accurate and timely financial support. You’ll also collaborate with technical support, data analysts, and other stakeholders in handling day-to-day inquiries, providing consultation support, and helping to resolve their respective issues. The support your team provides in the FIS platform will guide their decision-making process and steer the trajectory of the company’s business and financial endeavors.
What You Will Do

• Act as internal consultant, which includes (but is not limited to): rolling out ERP system to new/additional entities, conducting requirement gathering, designing solutions and blueprints, configuring ERP systems, conducting UAT, delivering training, and handling cutovers
• Collaborate with both internal (other teams within GoTo) and external (vendors, product principal, etc.) stakeholders in resolving issues
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, which includes (but is not limited to): questions, incidents (bugs), and change requests (mini projects)

What You Will Need

• Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)
• A willingness to go extramile during certain period (sometime things come unexpectedly, so we need to always be prepared!)
• A willingness to learn and work on new things (yes, we are a dynamic team)
• At least 6 years relevant experience working with SAP FICO module
• Confident and comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities
• Prior exposure working in a top-tier consulting firm is a plus
• Strong understanding in procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report business processes

About The Team
Our FIS team consists of 20+ people based in Indonesia. Our roles range from carrying out project implementations to supporting daily activities for the end-users. We’re the team that oversees all finance enterprise systems that are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team, and work together to govern, troubleshoot, and improve them. It’s our job to ensure that GoTo Enterprise applications run seamlessly. We're a highly dynamic team, so our emphasis on learning and working on new things (i.e. going the extra mile) is our key to success.
We are a tight-knit group that is bonded by two things: supporting GoTo’s capability as a global company, and supporting each other as a family 🙌. For real - our weekly conversations range from the latest automation breakthroughs to sharing our favorite ways to stay healthy and happy as we get through this pandemic together.
