About The Role
As our IT PAC Technical Developer, you’ll report to IT PAC (People and Culture) Technical Development & Support Head and be responsible to perform development and modifications of IT PAC ecosystem’s technical requirements, from technical project planning until deployment, including providing support and technical solutions.
Collaborating with IT Infrastructure, Architecture and Functional teams, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the IT PAC team of Gojek and own everything related to technical HCM and its ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Review, assess, and implement Software Version upgrade & patch according to IT policy and procedures
• Collaborate with functional and architecture team to establish technical design and perform development and/or configurations
• Monitor, maintain, and provide Technical PAC systems support
• Liaise with IT Infrastructure and third party support team to ensure system availability and stability
• Perform internal tests, and facilitate test arrangement with the business unit
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team and IT InfrastructureTeam to develop detailed IT architecture plans and technology roadmap

What You Will Need

• Understanding of HR functional & Workday functionality expertise with ability to contribute effectively in design discussions considering long term support.
• At least 3+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System, especially Workday (integrations, data migration, reporting and access role, etc)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Experience in managing and supporting technical implementation with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
• Understanding of IT Application Development principles (SDLC) & architectures with proven experience in supporting Agile PI events, sprints, and the release management processes.
• Knowledge of application Interface, Reporting & Dashboard, Security, Access, Enterprise Change Management Process, Audits, Application security & data privacy reviews

About The Team
Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Systems Team, which has more than 50 team members globally, supports and enables business and functions. Working alongside all business and functions, we oversee all internal and enterprise systems, including but not limited to finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email.

Currently, our team has been busy working on transforming GoTo Hire2Retire business processes and systems, which will help the company to scale, grow, be efficient through automation, and be compliant.
