Our client is looking for a Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

• Update policies including examine every year as if the business required or any new regulation from government
• Conduct benefit analysis – staying competitive is the prime importance when trying to attract the best talent.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace
• Handle recruitment process end to end from discussing with the line manager until salary negotiation
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
• Provide general HR support and hands on in delivering HR services to support the business by maintain and/ administer of employee contracts, employee files and HR correspondence
• Handle appropriately disciplinary action to avoid loss of valuable employee and poor reputation to the organization
• Conduct disciplinary actions - develop a strong relationship with managers and employees to identify the cohesiveness and healthy team.
• Identify training needs and assist line manager to set up training program that align with business objectives

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands on UU Ketenagakerjaan of Republik Indonesia
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Must be able to speak English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
