Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience handling end to end process of Recruitment & Training.
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources related.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and cycle, whilst aligning with business managers for recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
• Assist Manager to create job descriptions, job grading and training need analysis
• Provide support for HR programs and initiatives, e.g. training & development, engagement activities, organizational change, succession plan, etc
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
